CSMO Therapy Services – Putting Patients First

Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics offers the highest quality and most cost-effective treatment for all your rehabilitation needs. Our team of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, massage therapists, and athletic trainers will evaluate you and develop a comprehensive plan of care that will help you move, reduce pain, restore function and prevent disability.

Whether you’re suffering from a sports injury, looking for post-surgical rehabilitation, or want to improve joint mobility, our highly skilled, compassionate team is focused on helping you achieve optimal health and wellness to get you back in the game or simply living the life you enjoy.

What to Expect

At the beginning of a patient’s first therapy appointment, an evaluation to determine limitations and cause of pain will be done to create a customized treatment plan. Wear clothing that allows the therapist to access the treated area(s). Generally most workout attire is appropriate for each physical therapy appointment.

Your first meeting with a therapist is called an initial evaluation. During this session, they will spend time with you to learn about your condition, your previous level of function, and how your condition is affecting your life. They’ll take specific measurements of the impairments, limitations and cause of pain – then develop a customized treatment plan.
