CSMO’s Ortho Urgent Care is devoted exclusively to the treatment of injuries and conditions, including:
- Accidental Slips, Trips or Falls
- Strains and Sprains
- Sports Injuries
- Work-Related Injuries
- Sudden Increase in Pain from a Chronic Orthopaedic Condition
- Acute Joint Injuries, including Dislocations
- Acute Back and Neck Injuries
- Acute Foot and Ankle Injuries
- Acute Hand and Wrist Injuries
- Broken Bones and Fractures
- Torn Ligaments or Tendons

CSMO Ortho Urgent Care is staffed by experienced, fellowship-trained physicians and a skilled care team who are ready to care for you. Onsite diagnostic technology and services mean you get the evaluation and care you need – FAST.
Same-day appointments for Ortho Urgent Care services are available for patients ages five and older. Start your healing right away by calling (423) 624-2696. Please note that patients are not seen from 12 – 1 pm.
Services Not Available through Ortho Urgent Care
Not all orthopaedic needs are best suited for urgent care. These include:
- Follow up appointments for previous orthopaedic issues
- Treatment of chronic conditions, including arthritis and pain management
- Second opinions for orthopedic injuries or issues
