Practice History

Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics (CSMO) has provided multi-specialty care to the Chattanooga region since 1979. Our board-certified physicians and medical experts concentrate on areas of expertise to deliver quality, specialized care. CSMO provides advanced sports medicine, orthopaedics, interventional pain management, surgery, physical and occupational therapy, and sports performance training at 11 locations in Chattanooga, Hixson, Cleveland, North Georgia and Sequatchie County. Our team of highly-trained surgeons use minimally invasive techniques and technologies to offer the full scope of orthopaedic surgical care including arthroscopic procedures, total joint replacement and spine surgery.
