Barbara completed her Physician Assistant studies at Alderson Broaddus College in 1995 and practiced for over 10 years in Georgia. She is a native of Savannah GA but moved to Cleveland 10 years ago where she currently lives with her husband and four children.
Physician Assistants / Nurse Practitioner
A native of Chattanooga, Lacie attended University of Tennesse at Chattanooga graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2013. After joining Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics in 2014, she subsequently continued her education at University of Tennessee at Chattanooga by completing her Masters of Science degree in Nursing in 2019. Lacie enjoys the outdoors, gardening, and boating. She and her husband have two daughters and live in Chattanooga.
Caroline Freeman joined the team at Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics after years of sports medicine and orthopedics experience. She graduated with a master’s degree in health and human performance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2006. That allowed her to practice as an athletic trainer in collegiate and high school settings for eight years. She completed her Master of Medical Science in 2016 at Mercer University, and has been a practicing physician assistant in orthopedics since then. Caroline’s goal is to get patients back to the things they love to do! She resides on Signal Mountain, and enjoys watching and playing sports with her husband and two sons.
Mary received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Alabama and her Masters degree from Southern Adventist University. Before joining CSMO in November of 2017, she practiced as a Registered Nurse for 10 years in intensive care. Mary and her husband live in Chattanooga with their three children.
Donna is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham Surgical Assistant program and holds a Bachelors degree in Sports Medicine from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. Prior to joining CSMO in September of 2001, she practiced as a certified athletic trainer and a physical therapist assistant in Ocean Springs and Biloxi, Mississippi. She is a native of Montana and currently lives in Chickamauga, Georgia with her husband and daughter.
Dr. Pulver began his education by becoming a registered nurse and he graduated from Albany Medical College Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Program. He earned a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Nebraska and later earned his Doctorate in Health Sciences from A.T. Still University. He has 35 years of experience in orthopedics and has worked with the physicians at CSMO for over 16 years. He is married and blessed with 5 children and 7 grandchildren.
Jennifer was born and raised in Arlington, Tennessee and she has lived in the Chattanooga area since 2008. She graduated from Baptist College of Health Science in 2005 with her RN and Southern Adventist University in 2013 with her Masters in Nursing. As a Reservist in the United States Air Force, she continues to serve as a Flight Nurse. Jennifer is the mother to a beautiful daughter, Amelia. In her spare time, she loves to travel and play tennis.
Pace received a Bachelor of Arts from University of Tennessee and her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from South College in Knoxville, TN. Prior to joining CSMO she was an Advanced EMT in Chattanooga. Pace lives in Chattanooga with her husband and enjoys mountain biking and the outdoors.
Lynne received her Bachelor of Science degree from East Tennessee State University and her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist in 2016. Prior to joining Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics, she worked as an RN in the emergency department at CHI Memorial Hospital. Lynne is married and has two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and traveling.
