Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopedics (CSMO) is partnering with HURT!, a digital musculoskeletal (MSK) access platform, to expand patients’ access to orthopedic expertise beyond traditional office hours. The partnership launches two patient-facing resources: 24/7 access to orthopedic guidance for injuries and Joint Score™, a free hip and knee self-assessment designed to help patients understand their symptoms and identify appropriate next steps.
The partnership reflects CSMO’s ongoing commitment to making high-quality orthopedic care more accessible and helping patients navigate their care with greater confidence. By connecting patients with orthopedic guidance when and where they need it, CSMO is extending its commitment to personalized care beyond the traditional office visit.

Two New Resources to Help Patients Navigate Orthopedic Care
Through its partnership with HURT!, CSMO is introducing two digital resources for patients:
- 24/7 Orthopedic Access: Patients can connect with an orthopedic expert, day or night, to discuss an injury and receive guidance on appropriate next steps. The service is designed to help patients understand their options, including when to seek an in-person evaluation, rather than having to navigate those decisions alone.
- Joint Score™: This free, five-minute hip and knee self-assessment helps patients evaluate their symptoms and better understand potential next steps. The tool provides another starting point for individuals experiencing hip or knee discomfort who may be considering an orthopedic evaluation.
These resources complement CSMO’s existing services, including its Urgent + Ortho Walk-In Care, which provides convenient access to evaluation and treatment for orthopedic injuries without an appointment.
