Since 1979, CSMO has grown alongside the communities we serve.

What began as a sports medicine practice has evolved into a comprehensive orthopaedic organization serving patients throughout Chattanooga, Hixson, Cleveland, Dayton, Athens, North Georgia, and the surrounding communities.

Our new Dayton office brings expert orthopaedic care to patients throughout Rhea County and surrounding communities, including specialized hip and knee care with Dr. Josh Lawson.

CSMO is also expanding its Chattanooga presence with a new 54,000-square-foot facility on Tyner Road. The facility is designed to bring expanded clinic space, physical and occupational therapy, MRI and CT imaging, and a dedicated Urgent + Ortho Walk-In Clinic together under one roof.
