new plan year that begins January 1, 2016.

BlueCross BlueShield Network S.
We do NOT participate with CIGNA Local Plus.
Individuals selecting the CIGNA Local Plus option should know that
services at Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics and all
CHI Memorial facilities will be considered out of network, which
could result in higher out-of-pocket expenses.
During open enrollment beginning September 15, 2015,
select BlueCross BlueShield Network S to continue receiving
the highest quality health care from the largest network of
providers in the Chattanooga region.
