Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics is always looking for ways to make your experience better. We are excited to introduce a new technology in our call center – designed to reduce wait times and help with appointment scheduling.
A new virtual assistant named Claire is now part of our call center team, and she can answer calls immediately and direct callers to the correct department. She can also assist with scheduling, rescheduling, confirming or cancelling your appointment.
