For nearly four decades, the Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics has proudly hosted a Saturday Morning Sports Clinic at our McCallie Avenue location. Since the fall of 1985, our team has volunteered every Saturday during football season to evaluate sports-related injuries, provide immediate treatment, and recommend follow-up care—all with the goal of helping athletes return to play as quickly and safely as possible.
This fall, we’re starting a new chapter.
Beginning Saturday, August 23, 2025, the Chattanooga Saturday Sports Clinic will move to our Gunbarrel Road location at:

This move reflects our long-term vision to increase access to orthopaedic care across the region. It also aligns with the launch of CSMO’s new Urgent + Ortho Walk-In Clinics, which now provide expert care for sprains, strains, fractures, and other non-emergency injuries every Saturday—no appointment needed.
We’re also planning to expand our hours at Gunbarrel to better serve athletes and active individuals year-round.
While we’re proud of the history made on McCallie Avenue, we’re even more excited about the future. We look forward to continuing this tradition of care—just in a new location.
