A Letter to Our CEO from Neal Covington

Intro:

When an unexpected injury disrupts daily life, finding the right care team can make all the difference. After suffering a severe shoulder injury in July 2025, one patient turned to our orthopaedic specialists for advanced treatment and a path forward. From expert surgical care utilizing innovative techniques like biologics, to a coordinated rehabilitation program focused on restoring strength and mobility, his journey reflects the power of comprehensive, patient-centered care. Throughout every step—from scheduling to surgery to physical therapy—our team remained committed to delivering not only exceptional outcomes, but an experience rooted in compassion, collaboration, and trust. Neal’s Letter:

I had an accident in July 2025 that resulted in a massive amount of damage to my right shoulder.  We chose to make an appointment with Dr. Brett Sanders based upon his reputation for handling complex cases, his use of the most advanced surgery practices and his expertise in biologics. My experiences with your group (scheduling, imaging, health care providers, surgery center, check-in/check-out and physical therapists) have been exceptional.

Dr. Sanders performed surgery in August 2025 and utilized BMAC and PRP at the completion of my repair to augment the healing process.  He has been a trusted resource through the surgery and recovery timeframe.

Laura Estrada and Katie Clark worked with me from day three post-surgery all the way up to April 1, 2026.  Laura and Katie collaborated closely with Dr. Sanders and implemented a well-designed program to protect the repair, regain range of motion and strengthen my effected muscles.  These two ladies have been remarkable and I would not be where I am today without their dedication to my wellbeing.  For months I watched them treat each patient like they were the most important person in the room.  I’ll always remember their professionalism, kindness and dedication to their craft.

In a world where patients and customers often become just numbers, it has been refreshing to see a practice run with a true emphasis on delivering legendary customer service.  Results like these don’t happen in a vacuum and I thank you for your role in building such a practice.

Warm regards,
Neal Covington
